Does anyone else remember the Seinfeld espisode where Jerry and George try and get Jerry’s girlfriend to fall asleep by plying her full of turkey and wine? Ok, I’m digressing here. If you are perplexed about what wine to serve with your turkey dinner, the folks over at “Put a Cork in It” will be conducting tastings of wines that pair well with the bird of honor. This weekend we are tasting wines that will pair well with Thanksgiving food. We will be pouring Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Sparkling Blanc de Noirs, Pinotage Rose, Pinot Noir and Garnacha.
