So I heard that a car drove into the Pit Barbeque last week. I looked on their website to get their phone number to check this out and found this statement:
“The Pit is temporarily closed for repairs because some poor soul drove a car through the restaurant. Our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies go out to the families and victims of this tragic accident. We will be closed for awhile”
That’s sad news on many levels. Hopefully The Pit management can fast tracks repairs and go back to doing what they do best, which is supplying The Fort with some sweet tunes and even better barbeque.
