Bistro Louise will be outdoing their usual stellar brunch for Easter Sunday (April 12).  There will be an assortment of pastries available that include fig and almond bread.  An exciting variety of cheese will also be offered:  cave aged gruyere, lemon pecorino, vernier roquefort, and rustico clarissa.  Appetizers include foi gras on toast and smoked mussels.  Roasted Leg of Lamb, Artichoke galettes, prime rib, tea smoked duck, and buffalo sausage are some of the mouth watering entree options. Egg dishes will also be available.  Louise showcases her amazing deserts by offering coconut cake (my absolute favorite), buttermilk fudge cake, chocolate truffles, strawberry shortcake, strawberry trifles, chocolate cups with orange pastry cream, apple tatin, lemon rasberry brulee, and fruit tarts to top off the brunch.

Reservations are required, 817-922-9244.  $45 for adults, $16.95 for children (5-11), 4 and under Free.  Brunch is served from 10AM- 2:30PM.
