From now until May 9 Bistro Louise will offer a special Opera Festival Menu. The prixe-fix dinner begins at 5:30 and is priced at $35 ( a bargain for Bistro Louise).

Bibb, Asian Greens, Hearts of Palm & Baked Feta Salad
Tomato, Beet, and White Beans with a preserved lemon vinaigrette.
The third course presents a choice of:
Skewer of scallops and shrimp with saffron mashed potatoes
Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Fruit & Roquefort Sauce
Confit of Duck with Spring Risotto
Red Onion and Spinach Crusted Fish of the Day
Fourth Course, the desert course -Louise offers a choice of:
Opera Cake
Apple Tatin
By the way you don’t have to be attending the opera to enjoy this meal. It’s just a specially priced menu.
