Lambert’s will be preparing a special brunch on Easter Sunday (April 12th). Buffet items include migas, prime rib, and roasted potatoes. There is also a cook to order menu that features salmon eggs benedict with chive hollandaise sauce, green chili grits, brioche french toast, and egg dishes. Desert is included in the brunch so you can treat yourself to ice box chocolate pie and red velvet cake.
Brunch is from 11AM- 3PM. $24 per person includes the buffet, cook to order menu items, and desert. An additional $4 buys you bottomless mimosas! Kids are welcome and it is $10 for children 10 and under.
