No one can claim that you can’t find a food truck in Fort Worth anymore. Just last year I wished for a stronger food truck/cart presence in Fort Worth – Now I can count several that have popped up all around the city. I’ve got my favorites that I visit, but I thought I’d take it upon myself to visit all the food trucks in town. Just to be clear I’ll mostly be visiting the gourmet type food truck not the myriad of Mexican taco trucks in town – I’ll leave that ambitious task to John of Fort Worth Taco Hunt (check out his blog if you haven’t already).
So look for a weekly visit and report back from me on the following trucks / carts: Chef Point, Taco Heads, Yum Yum, Cowtown Dawgs, Cheesy Food Truck, Cane Rosso, Salsa Limon, Central Market Food Truck and Weiner Man. If I’m missing any please let me know in the comments. In the meantime, Keep on Food Truckin’ Fort Worth!

Is there a manufacture of food trucks in fort worth or Dallas. What about permits, any info would be greatly appreciated, Fort worth seems prime for more good trucks.
Maybe contacting some of the trucks for some information would be helpful, I get the sense that permits are the main stumbling block.
Hi Josie!
I hope you’ll come support Fort Worth’s unique food trucks at the 2011 Fort Worth Music Festival September 30th – October 1st. We’ve got Yum Yum, Salsa Limon, Big Dawgs of Cowtown, and more on board! Hope to see you and your fellow foodies there!
