I was born and raised there but have lived in the Metroplex since coming for college and getting married to a local. The lack of unique dining experiences has been hard to cope with but I'm finding blogs like this are so incredibly helpful. Recently my family actually opened their own restaurant and I'm now even more involved in the food scene. Keep up the great work Josie and thank you for your palate passion!
